Concrete Repair adalah metode perbaikan beton yang menggunakan material dengan sifat rapid setting, memungkinkan proses perbaikan dilakukan secara cepat dan efisien. Keunggulan utama dari metode ini adalah waktu pengerasan yang singkat, di mana hanya dalam waktu 30 menit area perbaikan sudah dapat dilalui oleh pejalan kaki (foot traffic), dan dalam 2 jam sudah cukup kuat untuk dilalui kendaraan. Teknologi ini sangat ideal untuk perbaikan pada area-area vital yang membutuhkan waktu henti minimal, seperti jalan akses, area parkir, atau zona produksi di fasilitas industri.

Grouting

Grouting adalah material Construction Chemical yang bersifat flowable dan digunakan untuk mengisi celah (gap) atau rongga antara dua elemen konstruksi. Dalam aplikasi konstruksi bangunan, grouting umumnya digunakan pada beberapa area berikut:

  • Pengisian celah antara kolom beton dengan kolom baja.
  • Pengisian gap pada pedestal kolom (antara base plate dan fondasi beton).
  • Pengisian ruang antara fondasi mesin dan peralatan di atasnya.

Selain berfungsi sebagai pengisi celah, grouting juga memiliki peran penting dalam mentransfer beban (load transfer), menjaga kerataan elemen yang dipasang di atasnya.
