Layanan pengendalian hama rayap menggunakan sistem Chemical Barrier System (CBS) untuk mencegah dan mengendalikan serangan rayap. Pekerjaan dapat dilakukan pada dua tahap:

  1. Pra-Konstruksi – Pengaplikasian CBS pada fondasi bangunan untuk pencegahan awal.
  2. Pasca-Konstruksi – Pengaplikasian CBS untuk perlindungan bangunan yang telah selesai dibangun.

Kerusakan akibat serangan rayap:

  • Kerusakan dokumen, file, dan arsip penting.
  • Gangguan produksi dan operasional.
  • Kerusakan material bangunan seperti kayu, wallpaper, parket, dan gipsum.

Metode Pengendalian

  • Chemical Barrier System (CBS): Sistem menggunakan bahan kimia untuk mencegah rayap masuk ke bangunan.
  • Sistem Spray (Semprot): Menggunakan semprotan bahan kimia di sekitar fondasi.
  • Sistem Injeksi: Menginjeksi bahan kimia ke tanah sekitar fondasi untuk perlindungan lebih dalam.

  • Repellent Termiticide

Obat anti rayap yang memiliki bau atau efek penolak sehingga rayap akan menghindari area, Umumnya bersifat knockdown cepat (langsung membunuh saat kontak)

  • Non-Repellent Termiticide

Obat anti rayap yang tidak terdeteksi oleh rayap — rayap tidak sadar bahwa mereka telah melewati area beracun, Racun bekerja perlahan, memungkinkan rayap kembali ke koloni dan menularkan racun ke rayap lain.
