Sistem proteksi kebakaran adalah serangkaian sistem yang dirancang untuk mencegah, mengendalikan, serta meminimalkan kerusakan akibat kebakaran. Tujuan utamanya adalah melindungi struktur bangunan, aset, dan keselamatan manusia dari bahaya api. Saat ini kami dapat mengerjakan Fireproofing jenis sistem berikut :

Passive Fire Protection (PFP) adalah sistem perlindungan kebakaran yang dirancang untuk menahan penyebaran api dan asap di dalam bangunan, sehingga memberikan waktu evakuasi yang lebih lama dan mengurangi kerusakan struktural. Berbeda dengan sistem proteksi aktif, PFP bekerja secara pasif, tanpa memerlukan aktivasi atau gerakan mekanis, dan berfungsi secara permanen sejak dipasang.

Terdapat dua jenis Passive Fire Protection coating yang telah memenuhi standar internasional UL 1709, yaitu:

  • Cement-Based Fireproofing – Material berbasis semen yang diaplikasikan dengan tebal tertentu untuk memberikan isolasi termal pada struktur baja.
  • Epoxy Intumescent Coating – Coating berbasis epoksi yang akan mengembang (intumescent) saat terkena panas, membentuk lapisan pelindung karbon tebal yang menahan panas mencapai permukaan baja.
